DAWKINS AND EINSTEIN:
ON CHRISTIANITY
Dawkins is considered to be a modern intellect by his followers but cannot
be classified as a giant in science. Dawkins recognizes who the giants were
and knows that Einstein towers above all other scientists of the past
century. Thus he dedicates a significant amount of space in his recent book
to convince his readers of the preposterous notion that Einstein was an
atheist. The work he uses to prove his point is another fanatical
atheist whose strength is anything but subjectivity. A better researched,
and much more objective work is found on this site. (Click
Here). One thing that Dawkins would
probably never inform his readers of is the fact that, though Einstein did
not commit to any Religion, unlike Dawkins,
Einstein had a very high view of the teachings of both
biblical Judaism and Christianity.
“If one purges the Judaism of the Prophets and Christianity as Jesus Christ
taught it of all subsequent additions, especially those of the priests, one
is left with a teaching which is capable of curing all the social ills of
humanity.”(1)
