AIR AND WATER: THE BRILLIANCE AND LOVE OF OF GOD REVEALED Two great proofs of God’s existence and of His great brilliance are water and air. Besides the fact that they are critical for the survival of all living beings, there is another factor relating to both that is taken for granted: transparency. Think for one moment. What would happen if air were visible, or if it were coloured—even slightly? To help you understand , simply consider what happens when there is fog in the air. That is what we would have to contend with, continually, if air were visible. What about water? We use it to wash ourselves; We use it to wash out clothes. It continually falls on plants, animals, land, etc. What would happen if water were to be slightly coloured? Everything would gradually become saturated with that colour, and the colourful world we enjoy would disappear. Can we see the brilliance behind this? A "slight" difference would have meant a dramatic difference for everything in nature, and for us in particular. There is a Great One that thought about this aspect long and hard and concluded that these two fundamental substances had to be transparent and colorless – for our benefit and the benefit of all life. Is there a God? Water and air say yes. We should have no doubt about it as the evidence "surrounds" us every second of the day. Michael Caputo
